Executive Chef

Stamford, CT

 

         

 

 

Compensation:

$70-80K base + bonus

 

         

 

 

Responsibilities:

This is an Executive Chef role for an upscale Seafood and Steakhouse located in Stamford, Connecticut. The restaurant is successful and is part of a growing group that is opening new locations across the country. Your role will be to deliver top-shelf culinary results in the areas of food production and in managing the controllables involved.

 

         

 

 

Requirements:

3 or more years of Executive Chef level experience guiding a high-volume ($3MM+/ year), scratch kitchen is key. Deep experience with Seafood is required.
