Requirements:

5 or or more years of multi-unit upscale or fine dining in the state of Florida is a minimum requirement. Your history of successfully overseeing $30M+ of business is another essential ingredient. You MUST be currently in middle Florida or have a long and recent history of overseeing restaurants in that market. This company strongly prefers a local candidate, but will consider relocating the right person.
