Responsibilities:

This is a Research & Development role for a very innovative Restaurant Company that operates successful, on-trend concepts throughout the Southwest. This position will put you next to the Chef-Owner of this group and in charge of continuing the work of culinary innovation through recipe and menu item creation. This is NOT a Corporate Chef position! Instead, this role stresses creativity and development. |

Requirements:

5 or more years in a Creative Culinary role with one of America's Top Chef Groups is essential. The kind of experience that this group is looking for and respects is with groups like Gordon Ramsay, Alain Ducasse, Wolfgang Puck, Nobu Matsuhisa, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Michael Mina or Daniel Boulud. If you are in an organization as creative and successful as one of these, then you are who we want.
