This is an Executive Chef role for a successful, high-volume upscale location serving high-quality cuisine on an Italian - Steakhouse platform.
Requirements:
3 or more years of Executive Chef level experience in a high-volume (defined as $4M+) upscale concept is required. Experience with Italian or Steakhouse cuisine will be highly valued.
