 Executive Chef

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Location:

Atlanta, GA

 

         

 

 

Compensation:

$75-85K base + bonus

 

         

 

 

Responsibilities:

This is an Exec Chef role in one of Atlanta's most beloved and longstanding neighborhood restaurants. The restaurant is very high volume and the cuisine can best be described as artfully re-interpreted Southern recipes. In the EC role, you will lead the culinary team of this popular restaurant and be responsible for the quality of the food coming from your kitchen as well as the controllable costs generated to produce your products.

 

         

 

 

Requirements:

3 or more years of experience in a high-volume (defined as $3MM + in annual food sales) upscale or fine dining setting is preferred. In addition, this Executive Chef will be in the spot light for many community events in and around the Atlanta area. Your ability to shine in a very public role is key.
