3 or more years of Human Resources Management and Recruiting Management in a multi-unit restaurant, hotel or retail organization is mandatory. This is a fine dining organization that has world class Executive Chefs, Sommeliers, Sales Managers and other leaders, so your experience in this genre of the restaurant industry will be most appropriate.
