Compensation:

$60-80K base + bonus
 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

This is a high-profile Executive Chef role that will have you responsible for producing traditional American Steakhouse cuisine in a high-volume downtown environment. You will lead a culinary team and be expected to execute this proven menu flawlessly.

 

         

 

 

Requirements:

 3 or more years of Executive Chef level experience in a high-volume (defined as $4M+) upscale concept is required. Experience with Seafood or Steakhouse cuisine will be highly valued.
