This is a General Manager role for one of Los Angeles' most venerable restaurants. You will be responsible for the sustained success and growth of this fine-dining restaurant as measured by total revenue and net income in relation to budgeted goals and the owner's expectations.
Requirements:
5 or more years of General Manager experience in a high-volume (defined as $5M+), upscale or fine-dining environment is key. Must be in the LA area and have deep experience in this market - no relocations considered.
