This is a walk-in multi-unit role where you will be over 7 fine-dining locations producing over $50M in yearly revenue. You will be fully responsible for this group's locations in Manhattan, Chicago, Denver and the Hamptons.
Requirements:
5 or or more years of multi-unit upscale or fine dining in the NYC area is a minimum requirement. Your history of successfully overseeing $40-50M+ of business is another essential ingredient. You MUST be currently in NYC or have a long history of overseeing locations there and willing to move there to be considered.
