Responsibilities:

This is a Corporate R&D Chef role for a fast-growing quick-casual pizza group with over 100 locations open already. This organization prizes organic ingredients and features an exceptionally fun corporate culture. The company has just built a new test kitchen and is seeking the right leader to help define the culinary future, teach new operators how to execute the menu, and negotiate new vendor contracts as the company grows.

Requirements:
|
3 or more years of Culinary R&D or Corporate Chef experience in a quick casual, quick serve or casual dining environment is essential. Experience in a company where you lead the culinary direction of 50 or more locations and have negotiated vendor contracts taking advantage of your buying ability at this scale is key. This position is located in Atlanta, GA.
