Steve Gibson brings over 10 years of restaurant industry corporate recruiting experience directly to you. He has worked on the inside of both Olive Garden and Ted’s Montana Grill, where his focus has been finding the right people for their concepts. This experience will be an asset to you as he has direct insight into what restaurant companies look for in their leaders.

Prior to his corporate recruiting roles, Steve has worked in restaurant operations for both casual and fine dining companies – bringing the ability to connect with you on the issues you face in your day-to-day responsibilities.

Introducing Ed Marentette
Ed Marentette brings over 20 years in restaurant recruiting to your search. He has helped hundreds of leaders to find the right role in the right company to allow them to succeed. Ed previously worked in operations and then recruiting for Boston Market, identifying strong leaders as the concept went through tremendous growth. After his corporate experience, Ed began to bring his unique perspective to the industry in helping people find the best roles for them.

Ed has been serving restaurant industry leaders for the past 7 years. In this capacity, he has successfully placed many people and watched as their careers have taken off.
